Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 3087. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 46(STA) Requesting the United States Congress to provide a waiver for nontaxable diesel fuel sold in Alaska from the requirement that it contain a dye additive, was adopted. CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 46(STA) was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 46(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
